Strategy was born from an intuition of our CEO & Founder Giovanni Cianferoni with which it completes a path started many years ago. A natural consequence of two determining factors: the acquisition of ten-year know-how in the field of promotion and sale of products online and the increasingly pressing demand of the market to be able to give companies the services necessary to compete internationally.
It all started in 1995 when on commission from Mercedes Benz, with the experience gained in creating applications for large supermarkets such as Coop and Carrefour, began to create an online sales platform using the new technology just arrived in Europe called "Internet". This is how the first e-commerce experiment was born in Italy, based on the freecomm® technology that we still use today.
The companies, initially enthusiastic about trying online sales, realized in a short time that the management of receipts, logistics and shipments was a very heavy commitment for their company and that in fact it removed them from the care of the product forcing them to make expensive investments.
For this reason, revolutionizing its working methodology, it decided to create a service called LDB (Logistic, Delivery, Banking) with which to relieve companies from this heavy commitment in exchange for a small percentage of sales. A service so useful for our customers to make our company a leader in the sector in a short time.
Today more than 4,500 companies have decided to use our e-commerce platform making Strategy one of the leading companies in the digital distribution of products. Over the years, over one million items have been shipped all over the world, this has allowed us to accumulate a unique experience in international delivery.
